Configure how many reformers or mat spots each class has. Never fills above.
Programme fixed classes by day and time with assigned instructor. Auto-generated weekly.
Each spot is protected in the database itself: even if two clients confirm the last one at once, only one gets the session.
When someone cancels, next in line enters alone and gets email + push notification. No calls to the studio.
Returns the session to the pass if within the configurable minimum notice. If the pass no longer makes sense, it reactivates.
The client books from their phone in a couple of taps and sees free spots live.
Passes
Configure passes as you have them today: session-based, unlimited monthly, mixed, promotional packs, with or without expiry. Each with its own rules and price.
Configure the number of sessions and expiry as you like, no fixed templates.

When the pass expires, the system renews the ones with the option enabled, generates the receipt and notifies the client. You remember nothing.

Booking confirmation, spot-free alert, pass-about-to-expire warning, studio promotions. Everything communicated on its own, in each client's language.
Waiting list
A client cancels at 21:47 and by 21:48 the next in line already has the spot booked, the email in their inbox and the push on their phone. You configure the minimum minutes before class for it to trigger, order is decided by the database itself (two clients never get the same spot) and it all happens without anyone touching the panel. No more calls to say a spot opened.
Payments
Everything the client pays lands in the bank account you link. Zero commission per charge from Fitenza.
