Getting started4
How do I sign up?
Click any "Get started" or "Free trial" button on this page. You only need to enter your centre name, your name and an email address. Within seconds you will receive an email with your access credentials, including an automatically generated password that we recommend changing the first time you log in. The entire process is free for 7 days, with no credit card required.
What happens when the 7-day free trial ends?
When the trial period ends, access to the dashboard is suspended until you activate a paid plan. All your data (clients, passes, payments, configuration) is fully preserved. To continue, go to Dashboard → My Subscription and choose the plan that best suits your centre.
How does Fitenza install on the phone?
The centre dashboard runs directly in any browser. Your clients' portal and your team's portal install as real apps on their phones in one tap: the first time they open Fitenza on mobile, the browser itself shows an "Install the app" prompt at the bottom of the screen. From that moment on they have their icon on the home screen, open full-screen, receive instant push notifications and behave exactly like any store app. No 100 MB downloads, no store approval waits.
Can I migrate the clients I already have in another software?
Yes. The Elite plan includes bulk migration: you send us your CSV/Excel files (we provide the official templates) and our team imports your clients preserving their passes, remaining sessions and next billing date, along with your pricing catalogue, passes and recurring group class schedule. Each client receives an email with an activation link to create their own password.

Does Fitenza take any commission from what my centre invoices?
No. Fitenza only charges the monthly fee of the plan you picked. Everything you invoice to your clients (bookings, passes, store, appointments, courts, services) lands in full in the bank account you linked. Fitenza never touches that money nor keeps a percentage. If you enable card payments from your clients app, Stripe (our payment processor) applies its standard per-transaction fee just as it would for any shop.
What payment methods are available for the subscription?
You can pay your Fitenza subscription in three ways: bank card (processed securely and immediately), Bizum or bank transfer (manual activation as soon as we confirm the payment). All methods automatically generate an invoice including VAT.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. At any time you can go to Dashboard → My Subscription and request a change to a higher plan. The process is the same as renewal: you choose the new plan, pay with the method you prefer and the upgrade is activated immediately.
Can I manage several centres with a single account?
Yes. One email can belong to multiple centres at the same time, designed for chains, franchises and partners running several locations. From the sidebar selector in the dashboard you switch centres instantly without logging out, and each centre keeps its own settings, catalogue, clients, billing and team with full data isolation between them.

How does QR check-in work?
Each client has a unique QR code linked to their profile. To scan it you can use any camera-equipped device or a USB QR reader connected to the reception computer. The system responds in real time with two visual states: green screen (access granted) or red screen (access denied, with the reason). A per-centre setting decides whether the scan only validates access (for booking-based centres) or also deducts one session from the pass (for open-access gyms). You can switch modes whenever you want, no data migration.
Can I connect a physical turnstile to Fitenza?
Yes. Fitenza exposes a simple access API (POST with Bearer + JSON) that any turnstile with a QR reader and a relay output can consume directly or through a middleware. We also publish an official Python middleware with MIT license (public repo) designed to run on a Raspberry Pi between the reader and the turnstile: it ships with a Raspberry Pi installer, a systemd service with auto-restart and a local cache that syncs the list of clients with an active pass every 5 minutes. If your Internet drops, the turnstile keeps opening for legitimate clients from the local cache, up to 24-48 hours without locking anyone out. The monthly fee does not include external partners or extra licenses, and the whole flow (installation checklist, simulated access test, web diagnostic for the installer and an automatic health check every 15 minutes) is self-service from the panel itself.
Does automatic pass renewal work without me doing anything?
Yes. You configure the time of day in your timezone and the system checks expired passes every day at that time, renews those with the option enabled, generates the receipt and sends the confirmation email to the client. If you have Stripe enabled, the client pays the renewal by card from their own app; if you take payment another way (cash, bank transfer), the receipt is already there and you only need to mark the payment.
Do changes appear instantly across devices?
Yes. Class capacity and bookings sync automatically in real time across the client portal, staff app and admin panel. When a client books from their phone, reception sees the new name appear on the list without touching anything. No more double bookings caused by lag.
Can I have my own page where clients book without signing up?
Yes. This feature is designed for physios, psychologists, coaches, coworking spaces and any business that sells time instead of classes. You share a link like fitenza.com/r/your-centre and your client picks service, professional and time in 4 steps, without creating an account or downloading anything. They can pay by card on the spot or pay you in person when they arrive.
How does the courts booking module work?
It is a specific module for centres with padel, tennis, pickleball, squash or multi-sport courts, available on the Premium and Elite plans. You configure each court with its type, slot duration, opening hours and up to 6 pricing bands. Your clients see the calendar in their portal, pick a date and available slot and pay by card on the spot; as soon as the payment is confirmed, the booking is confirmed instantly. The database itself guarantees that two confirmed bookings never share the same court.
Language and country3
Is Fitenza available in English?
Yes. All of Fitenza is available in Spanish and English: the dashboard, the client portal, the staff portal, the public landing, emails, push notifications and documents (receipts and invoices) are all served in the language configured by each centre, or the one selected by each individual user.
Can I configure my centre in another currency?
Yes. In Settings → General you can choose the currency for your centre. Fitenza supports Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Brazilian Real (BRL) and Mexican Peso (MXN).
Can I use Fitenza outside Spain?
Yes. Fitenza is available for sports centres in any country. The platform, client portal and support are available in Spanish and English. Note that the tax module refers to the Spanish tax system; if you operate in another jurisdiction, consult your local tax advisor.
Privacy and data3
Is Fitenza GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The platform has been designed from the ground up to comply with GDPR. Data is stored on servers within the EU, encrypted in transit, and each centre accesses only its own data with no path that would let it mix with another's.
Is my centre's data separated from other centres?
Completely. Each centre lives in its own compartment: no user from another centre can see or touch your clients, payments, passes or configuration. It's enforced inside the database itself, so it holds beneath any interface.
Can I export or delete all my data if I cancel?
Yes. From each module in the dashboard you can export data in CSV format at any time, at no additional cost. If you decide to cancel and want all your centre's data permanently deleted, you can request it through support.
