How do I sign up?+
Click any "Get started" or "Sign up" button on this page. You only need to enter your centre name, your name and an email address. Within seconds you will receive an email with your access credentials, including an automatically generated password that we recommend changing the first time you log in. The entire process is free for 7 days, with no credit card or any commitment required.
What happens when the 7-day free trial ends?+
When the trial period ends, access to the dashboard is suspended until you activate a paid plan. All your data (clients, memberships, payments, configuration) is fully preserved. To continue, go to Dashboard → My Subscription and choose the plan that best suits your centre. If you have any questions during the process, you can contact us and we will help you.
How can I renew my subscription?+
From the Dashboard, go to My Subscription and select "Renew". You have three payment methods: bank card (immediate payment via Stripe), Bizum or bank transfer (the subscription is activated as soon as we confirm receipt of payment). If you want to forget about manual renewals, you can also enable automatic renewal by card and the system handles everything each billing period.
What happens if I reach the client or staff limit?+
The system automatically detects when your plan limit is reached and will not allow you to register more clients or add more staff members until you upgrade. If you reach that point, contact us from the dashboard or through the contact page and we will inform you of the higher plan that best fits your volume.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan once I already have an active plan?+
Yes. At any time you can go to Dashboard → My Subscription and request a change to a higher plan. The process is the same as renewal: you choose the new plan, pay with the method you prefer and the upgrade is activated immediately.
What payment methods are available for the subscription?+
You can pay your Fitenza subscription in three ways: bank card (processed by Stripe, immediate activation), Bizum or bank transfer (manual activation as soon as we confirm the payment). All methods automatically generate an invoice including VAT.
Is it safe to pay by card?+
Yes. Card payments are processed entirely through Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors in the world and certified PCI DSS level 1. Fitenza never stores or has access to your card data: all information travels encrypted directly between your browser and Stripe.
Do I need to install anything or download an app?+
No. Fitenza is 100% web-based. The dashboard, client portal and staff portal work in any browser, with no installation required. To make the experience identical to a native app, simply add Fitenza to your home screen from your browser menu (on iOS: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android: Chrome → Menu → Add to Home Screen). From that point on it opens full screen, without a browser bar, exactly like an app.
How does QR check-in work?+
Each client has a unique QR code linked to their profile. To scan it you can use any camera-equipped device or a USB QR reader connected to the reception computer. The system responds in real time with two visual states: green screen (access granted, shows name, membership type and remaining sessions) or red screen (access denied, with the reason: membership exhausted, expired membership, no membership or blocked client). Fitenza adapts to your business model: if your centre works with class bookings, check-in only validates access (the session was already deducted when booking and the system guarantees there is never a double deduction). If you manage a free-access gym, enable direct deduction from Settings → General and each QR scan automatically consumes one session from the membership. Both models coexist without conflict.
Does automatic membership renewal work without me doing anything?+
Exactly. You configure the time of day in your timezone and the system checks expired memberships every night, renews those with the option enabled, creates the payment and sends the confirmation email to the member. You do nothing.
Is my centre's data separated from other centres?+
Completely. Each centre has its data isolated at the database level with Row Level Security (RLS). No user from another centre can see or access your clients, payments, memberships or configuration. This is true multi-tenant architecture, not a software filter separation.
Is my clients' data secure?+
Yes. We use PostgreSQL with Row Level Security. Each user only accesses data from their own centre. Consents and legal documents are digitally signed and recorded with full audit trail.
What happens if a client cancels a booking?+
The session is automatically returned to the membership, without manual intervention. Additionally, you can configure a minimum cancellation notice period: if the client tries to cancel outside that window, the system does not allow it and the session is not returned.
