No-double-booking
Every confirmed booking is protected directly in the database, not just on the screen. The safeguard holds through lag, WiFi drops or simultaneous taps: one slot, one client.
Each slot is exclusive to one confirmed booking. Even if two clients tap at once, only one gets the court.
Goodbye to "I booked at the same time as someone else". The app lets the second attempt know with a clear reason.
New bookings appear instantly on the centre panel without reload, thanks to a live connection to the database.
Per-court setup
Configure each court with its type (padel, tennis, pickleball, squash or multi-sport), slot duration, opening hours and multiple pricing bands per time slot for weekdays and weekends.
Slot length is configurable per court, based on sport and club policy.
Morning / afternoon / evening bands for weekdays and weekends, each with its own thresholds and prices.
Saturday "morning" can run into the afternoon at a different price from weekdays.
Each court with its own opening and closing times.
Reserve time ranges for repairs. Clients see "not available"; the internal reason stays with you.
Padel at one price, tennis at another. Configurable per court.
Online booking
Calendar with upcoming days, free slots with price by band, card charge on confirmation. Booking confirmed instantly and the client gets the confirmation email.

Card charge instantly. Booking confirmed as soon as payment is accepted.
Email with time and court as soon as the card payment is accepted. The booking flips to "confirmed" at that moment.
Manual booking
Someone walks in wanting a court now. Reserve the slot from reception in seconds.
Cash, Bizum, card at POS or pending payment. You decide what to enable.
Book for a client from your database or for an occasional client (no profile). Occasional bookings carry no contact data: the booking is only linked to the court and the manual payment.
For each court you decide whether the client can cancel and how much notice they need. When you mark it as refunded, the app voids the original payment in your books and pulls back the loyalty points that were credited.
Loyalty
If the points module is active, every court booking (card or manual) adds points to the client. Redeemable for passes, discounts or store products. Pending payments earn their points once the money comes in, not before.
